The Science4Girls Policy Paper was developed as part of our project’s efforts to promote gender equality in science education. The Policy Paper contains key recommendations for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders on how to improve the participation and engagement of girls in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. It outlines the challenges that girls face in STEM education and the workforce, and provides solutions for addressing these challenges. We hope that it will serve as a valuable resource for anyone interested in promoting gender equality in STEM education and empowering girls to pursue careers in these fields.
